Created in 1982, L'epicurien was in the beginning a delicatessen in Paris, specialised since the 19th century in the production of home-made jams. After more than 15 years of development of this retail activity, Mr Bernard Le Gulvout decided to focus exclusively on the traditional production of jam and savoury products. With their delicate flavours, these original preparations are coming from a precise selection of the best flower species . From entrancing infusions, we succeeded in creating subtle jellies to be tasted on toasts for breakfast or at tea time. We would also suggest using them to nap your cakes, fruit pies or ice creams or to sweeten your hot drinks
